Since I can remember I have always loved a good story, telling people what do and talking. In fact my gabby nature landed me the “Most Talkative”superlative in a high school. Therefore, becoming a therapist came naturally. In my training, I learned to apply clinical skills to my work and developed a passion for helping others.

Thoughts on therapy:
“I believe that when people seek out professional counseling they are taking the first steps on the path to change. As a therapist, I feel privileged to take part in the process of helping others overcome their personal and intrapersonal challenges. I work collaboratively using evidenced-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients address, find solutions, provide feedback and tools achieve their goals and thrive”
